Landscape Architect

Job Location:             Greenwich, CT  

Job Duties:    

Provide landscape plan and design services to commercial and high-end professional clients. The detailed job duties include: Gather data, conduct site analysis, and research for environmental reports and landscape planning; Develop conceptual and final designs for hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and lighting projects; Collaborate with project managers and allied professionals to complete assignments efficiently; Produce detailed plan sets, construction documents, and rendered graphics for presentations and marketing; Prepare landscape plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects; Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants during project development and construction; Inspect landscape installations for quality and compliance with design specifications; Research design trends, sustainable practices, and new landscape technologies; Seek new project opportunities through marketing, networking, and proposal writing.

Requirement:

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.

Landscape Architecture licensure is required.
